What makes a bulletproof and a blast-proof car to stand upon the tough attack ,

A bulletproof glass or a bullet-resistant glass or transparent armor or a ballistic glass is a strong and optically transparent material that is resistant to penetration but its not completely impenetrable but its a combination particularly a type of hard and soft glass the soft layer of the glass makes it more flexible to the bullet attacks instead of being fragmented or shattered. 

The index of refraction for both the glasses in refraction must be the same as it will allow a clear and undistorted view.

Basically, bulletproof glass is a result of many layers of laminated glass, the more the layers are added the extra weight is gained by the glass, and also extra plastic lamination is also applied in order to be scratch resistant.

A blast  proof car protects people inside the car from all types of attacks, blasts and bullets. 

They vary in shape, design and price too . And each car comes with a new and different protection level. High profile individuals such as world leaders and political figures dont only use this type high level protection but also civilians such as businessmen and other can buy these cars.

1. Bulletproof glass 

Almost all companies use polycarbonate film between the two sheets of  glass to make bullet proof glass  This glass prevents you from shards during the attack.

2.Composite armor 

This is another remarkable option for a high level of protection.Composite armor doesn't add too  much weight on the vehicle.And, it also meets the NIJ ballistics and CEN standards.

3.Ballistic Nylon

Many companies use bullet-resistant glass to prevent bullets from entering the cabin. However, the glass fails to control the IED blasts sometimes, So companies use ballistic nylon to overcome this problem.Some people consider this material as a bomb blanket.

4. Ballistic Steel

Hardened ballistic steel is another important material used for bombproof cars. The technician pulverizers this material with a special type of chemical during the armoring of the vehicle. After thsi process, ballistic steel becomes more harder and stable. One disadvantage is the ballistic steel being heavy adds more weight to the car.

It's made by UK based JLR group owned by India's Tata group. The sentinel can withstand a blast of equivalent to 15 kilograms of TNT and close range gun and grenade attacks. It also got the rear massage seats for the comfort of the occupants 

2.Vladmir Putin's- Aurus Senat

   

Putin has recently started using the Russian-made Limousine called the Aurus Senat. The 17ft long 

car is manufactured by Russian luxury car brand 'NAMI' and is powered by 4.4 litre V8 hybrid engine 

which churns out 600bhp(brake horse power) of power.

3. Kim Jong Un(North Korea)-Mercedes-Maybach S600 Pullman Guard

It's 21ft long and can withstand 15kgs TNT explosion. It's speculated that the Supreme Leader of the North Korea smuggled two cars from Russia.

4. Xi Jingping(China)-Hongqi N501 'The Red Flag'

The car is made by FAW and has long been the official vehicle for high-ranking government officials. The car is based on the Audi A8L platform and is not for sale to civilians. 

5. Joe Bidens(U.S) -  Cadillac One 'The Beast' 

"The Beast needs no introduction as we know all its prime centred high level protection vehicle and is often considered the safest vehicle in the world. The Beast weighs 9,000 kgs and has an 8-inch 

thik armour that makes it impenetrable for bullets and explosives as well.
